A New Year, a New Free Book Friday

It's that time of the week again, and this Friday, ORION SCHOOL VIEW wins the six titles in our new Start to Finish: Everyday Products series from Lerner Publications. Please send your mailing address to publicityinfo@lernerbooks.com and we'll get your books in the mail for you!

If you made a New Year's resolution to seek out mind-expanding books for curious youngsters (much more fun than dieting!), you'll love what we're giving away next: Cloverleaf Books ™--Community Helpers, a new eight-title series from Millbrook Press.

What do a firefighter, a construction worker, and a librarian have in common? They all do important, helpful work in their communities--and they all make appearances in these easy-to-read books. Young readers are introduced to a variety of community helpers, learning what these people do, what skills and training they need, and how their work benefits others.

To enter to win the eight-book set of Community Helpers, please leave a comment below or Tweet the following line: "Free Book Friday! RT to win the new COMMUNITY HELPERS series from @Lernerbooks! http://bit.ly/1OrSN."

The winner of
Community Helpers will be announced during Free Book Friday on January 11. Make sure to check the blog to see if you've won!

Good luck!

  10. I have very little career resources to teach my mandatory "career awareness" guidance lessons each year. Winning this set would be fantastic and I would share them with the other 23 elementary school counselors in my district to make their message/use stretch even farther!
